How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Peak wedding seasons (October through May) book up months out. For corporate and pop-up events, two to four weeks is usually workable, but the sooner the better.

We pour Provecho Coffee, a specialty small-batch roaster in San Diego, California. Wren is a wholesale partner — every bean is single-origin, roasted close to the date of your event, and tasted before it ever hits the cart.

Do you do outdoor events in the Arizona heat?
Yes — we work outdoor events year-round in Goodyear. The cart pulls clean espresso even in summer; we bring extra ice, plan around dwell-time on the equipment, and offer a full iced menu so guests stay cool. Shade and water access at the venue is helpful but not required.

How much space and power does the cart need?
A standard footprint and a regular outlet at the venue. We can run on a generator for fully outdoor events. Send us your venue and we'll confirm the specifics on the booking call.

Do you serve outside Goodyear?
Yes — we travel anywhere in the Phoenix valley. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and everything in between. Out-of-valley travel (Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson) is available; we'll quote travel separately.
